Since joining Oakridge in 2010, Falgun Patel has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s direction and success. His journey from team member to Joint Director in 2018, and ultimately to sole owner and Chief Executive Officer in 2023, reflects his unwavering dedication and leadership.
Falgun brings deep expertise in accounting, with a particular focus on Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs). His strategic insight and commitment to excellence continue to drive Oakridge forward, ensuring our clients receive innovative and tailored financial solutions.
Professionally, Falgun holds the prestigious designation of Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA), recognising his significant contributions to the accounting profession. He is also a Registered Tax Agent, an Advanced Advisor with QuickBooks Online, and a Certified Xero Advisor.
With a strong emphasis on leveraging technology in finance, Falgun ensures that Oakridge remains at the forefront of industry developments — empowering both our team and our clients to thrive in a dynamic financial landscape.
Ian, a member of CPA Australia, founded Oakridge in 2001 with a vision to deliver expert, client-focused accounting services. With a vast and comprehensive knowledge across many areas of accounting, Ian has built a reputation for excellence and insight.
His expertise spans the share market, property development, and a wide range of financial disciplines, making him a trusted tax advisor to clients seeking strategic guidance.
With over a decade of experience at Oakridge and in the accounting industry, Gina stands out as a beacon of professionalism and expertise. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to the highest standards ensure the firm operates seamlessly, providing vital support to both her colleagues and our clients.
Gina’s approachable nature and warm personality make her a favourite among clients and team members alike, fostering an environment of trust and open communication.
Professionally, Gina is a Registered Tax Agent, an Associate Member of The Tax Institute, and holds certifications as a Certified Advisor and Advanced Advisor with QuickBooks Online (QBO), as well as a Xero Advisor with Payroll certification. Her ability to provide tailored, insightful assistance to businesses of all sizes is a testament to her depth of knowledge and dedication.
Outside of work, Gina finds balance through her love of art, reading, and spending quality time with her family. Her role is essential in upholding the high standards of professionalism and efficiency that define Oakridge, and she continues to be a valued asset to our team.
Introducing Priyank, a seasoned MBA (Finance) professional with over a decade of managerial experience in the government sector in India and now a pivotal asset in our team. With a Master’s degree in Business Administration and extensive oversight of more than 2000 industries and businesses, he possesses a deep understanding of business dynamics and their requirements. His experience includes adeptly liaising with government officials and dignitaries, demonstrating resilience and exceptional performance under challenging circumstances.
Joining our team in 2021, Priyank transitioned into accounting with great success, advancing in 2024 to “Client Succes Manager”. With a newfound passion for this field, he excels in accountancy and statistics. His strategic insight and keen analytical skills is reflected in his consistent achievements with clients, and within our organisation. He is recognised for his self-motivation, meticulous attention to detail and his collaborative spirit.
Priyank’s leadership and expertise inspire our team, embodying his steadfast dedication to excellence. With a profound grasp of business models, he is poised to make significant contributions to Australia’s finance and accounting landscape. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing cricket and soccer and spending time with his family.
We’re proud to have Sunil Patel as a valued member of our admin team, bringing a unique blend of international experience, academic achievement, and a warm, approachable personality.
Sunil holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and Masters of Commerce (M.Com) from India and began his career as an Accountant Assistant at a Chartered Accounting firm in Gujarat. In 2023, he relocated to Australia to pursue his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Kaplan Business School in Perth, which he successfully completed in 2024.
Joining Oakridge in February 2025, Sunil continues his professional journey as an Accountant Assistant. He is known for his positive attitude, strong work ethic, and kind demeanor—always greeting colleagues and clients with a friendly smile. His excellent communication and teamwork skills make him a valued contributor to our team.
Outside of work, Sunil enjoys playing cricket, travelling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Maninder is a recent addition to Oakridge Superannuation Services, having joined the team in February 2025. He brings a strong academic foundation with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Finance from India, paired with a distinctive combination of financial acumen and creative experience.
With four years of theatre under his belt, Maninder has developed exceptional communication and presentation skills that enhance his professional interactions. Outside of work, he enjoys playing cricket—a hobby that reflects his strategic mindset and team-oriented nature.
